Year 2004

Established

DIVINE BUILDING MAINTENANCE PVT LTD expanding to diversified facility services in apartments, Transit/guest houses.

Year 2005

Started

PAN India operations with Hyderabad as first Regional Headquarters.

Grew to become 25 Crore business entity with 56 Sites and 1660 Manpower.

STRIKER FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT LTD and entered into property’s security management.

Expands

With Kolkata in the East to Punjab and Chandigarh in the West. The Company rises to 57 Crore business with 3500 Manpower.

Wins

Contract for environmental services for Terminal 3, IGIA, New Delhi and adds prestigious Medanta Hospital to its Client list.

Year 2013

Gets environmental

services contract at Terminal 1 at Delhi Airport along with same services for Terminal 2.

Year 2015

Won

Environmental services contract for Terminal 2 Delhi Airport second time.

Year 2016

Awarded DMRC

Contract for cleaning and housekeeping of 24 Metro Stations. Commenced major Operations with Indian Railways.

Now in

A 300 Crore Company with 750 sites PAN India and more than 15500 employees. Rs. 200 Crores Projects bagged from Govt. of India at various locations.
